CORPUS CHRISTI - The legal fight between Legacy Home Healthcare and its former employees may be settled out of court.
Those former employees say Legacy is trying to keep them from working with other agencies in town.
Last September, federal agents raided the company's office as part of a medicare fraud investigation.
Several employees left at the time to work elsewhere, but Legacy's owner is now going after them because many of them signed a no-compete agreement.
The agency asked a court to enforce those agreements this morning. But both parties instead agreed to try to reach an agreement out of court.
