CORPUS CHRISTI-- A fire destroyed a home late last night on the 3700 block of Airline Road.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, the home was completely engulfed in flames.
Firefighters had a difficult time getting to the fire in the beginning because of construction that was nearby, and they had a limited water supply.
Once they were able to establish a water supply, it took them about forty five minutes to contain the fire.
At this time, fire officials do not know what started the blaze, but will continue investigating.
Two people lived in the house. Both of them are okay, and they are being helped out by the Red Cross.
