CORPUS CHRISTI - It started back in the 1930's. Now, the Buc Days tradition is taking shape once again in downtown Corpus Christi.
The carnival officially opened up on Thursday night for a week and a half of rides, rodeo, food, music, and of course the illuminated night parade on May 3rd.
Parking is always an issue for the event, so KRIS Communications has come to the rescue.
You can park in the KRIS Communications lot at Blucher and Comanche for the RTA's Park and Ride over to Buc Days.
It is all free.
Catch a ride on Friday nights from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. And on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am to 9:30pm.
