Kingsville Police Rescue 20 Immigrants in Truck

KINGSVILLE - The Kingsville Police Department and Border Patrol agents worked together last night to rescue 20 illegal immigrants from the back of a cargo truck.

According to Border Patrol, the immigrants had no way to get out of the truck themselves. Once the door to the back of the truck was opened, authorities found the group drenched in sweat.

It was 95 degrees inside the truck at the time. All of the immigrants were treated at the scene and taken back to the Border Patrol station for processing.
