CORPUS CHRISTI - Three men are being held on $1 million bond each for the alleged aggravated kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl from Braesvalley Drive last Thursday evening.
17-year-old Eric Dimick and 18-year-old Colton Visor were arrested at a home in the 5300 block of Spring Brook Drive around 4 a.m. Sunday morning. 18-year-old Jacob Musich was arrested at a home in the 7300 block of Tangled Ridge where police also seized his Chevy Suburban as evidence.
Officers say they searched for the three Thursday night after the girl was taken while riding her bike. A 13-year-old was walking his dog with the girl. Police say the dog bit one suspect as he dragged the girl into a vehicle.
Investigators were given the description of a red or maroon van or Suburban that left the scene. A little over an hour after the girl was taken she was found along Park Road 22 on Padre Island.
She told police she was left on the beach then walked over to the main road. Police say the girl remembered her abductors using the names of Jacob, Sawyer and Lee while talking to each other.
Officers tell us they still aren't sure as to why the teens allegedly grabbed the girl, but they now face felony charges of aggravated kidnapping, which means they could face up to 99 years in prison of convicted.
