CORPUS CHRISTI -- The District Attorney says the three kidnapping suspects, involved in taking the 11-year-old girl, could face additional charges.
All three men are already charged with aggravated kidnapping. D.A. Mark Skurka says the investigation is on-going, but an arrest affidavit indicates the victim told police she was sexually assaulted. Today Skurka said investigators have obtained a warrant to search the suspect's vehicle and may find more evidence.
Skurka says pending additional findings and DNA test results will determine whether or not the three suspects, Eric Dimick, Jacob Musich and Colton Visor will face additional charges, such as aggravated sexual assault. At this point, Skurka says the aggravated kidnapping charges stem from either the victim's age being under 14 or the possible intent the suspects may have had to sexually assault the victim.
