Kidnapping, Sex Assault Suspects Plead Not Guilty

Three Plead Not Guilty to Kidnapping, Sexual Assault

CORPUS CHRISTI - The three teens accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl plead not guilty on all charges this afternoon.

Eric Dimick, Jacob Musich and Colton Visor were indicted earlier this year for the incident in December.

Police say the trio kidnapped a girl who was riding her bike along Braesvalley Drive, sexually assaulted her, then left the girl on the beach about an hour after she was abducted.

All three men are being held on $1 million bond. A trial date has not been set.
