Kerry Considered in Secretary of State Hearing Today

WASHINGTON -- Massachusetts Senator John Kerry will meet with his colleagues as they decide whether he should replace Hillary Clinton as our next secretary of state.
Since Kerry himself is the chairman of the foreign relations committee, new jersey senator robert menendez will preside over the hearing.
President Obama says Senator Kerry has earned the respect and confidence of leaders around the world and there is no better choice to lead the state department.
