CORPUS CHRISTI-- Jury selection for the case against the man accused in a gas station shooting last year will be held later today.
Police say 18-year-old Jose Angel Macias, Jr. shot Casimiro Adan Guerra III after an argument outside of the Stripes on Ayers and Bevecrest.
21-year-old Guerra died at the hospital.
Surveillance video showed Macias and another man in the store right before the shooting occured.
According to court documents, the man who was with Macias said the shooting happened after a drug deal went bad.
