CORPUS CHRISTI - Testimony continued today in the trial of Eric Dimick. He's facing prison time for his alleged role in the abduction and sexual assault of an 11-year old girl.
Today we got to hear a statement made by the young girl to a nurse at Driscoll Children's Hospital the day police say she was kidnapped.
The nurse who examined the child after being taken from Braesvalley Drive read verbatim what the child told her.
"I was riding my brother's bike. They came up and they put a jacket around my face," said nurse Carol McLaughlin.
The child went on to say once she was inside the vehicle one of the three men touched her inappropriately and sexually assaulted her.
"One guy was driving. The other was in the front seat. Then the guy just stopped and said I'm sorry. I'll put your clothes on," said McLaughlin.
That's when she says they took her to the beach and let her go.
"He told me to look in the sand for a good minute. I went up in the sand dunes and looked. Then I saw cars and I ran," said McLaughlin.
The nurse took swabs of the child that night. They along with her clothing were sent off for DNA testing.
The DPS Analyst who looked over the evidence said she could not find Colton Visor, Jacob Musich, or Eric Dimick's DNA on the swabs or her clothing. She also went on to say she couldn't find any of the child's DNA inside the SUV police say the three used that night.
However McLaughlin said the young girl had vaginal bruising, which she says is a sign that the girl was sexually assaulted.
Testimony will continue Friday morning in Judge David Stith's courtroom.
Colton Visor, one of the two men already convicted, is expected to testify against Dimick.
