CORPUS CHRISTI - Jury deliberations are now underway in the case of a woman accused of abusing the elderly.
Najmeh Griffin owned Flour Bluff Adult Day Care Center and is accused of placing bags filled with urine and feces around the necks of two elderly patients.
Griffin argues she used the bags as sensory therapy to help the patients go to the bathroom.
The prosecution argues that Griffin has a history of aggression and that the bags were placed there as punishment.
The verdict could come down as early as this afternoon.
