CORPUS CHRISTI - Sentencing for Jacob Musich is on hold until Monday due to juror's family emergency. Musich's victim faced him in court Thursday, telling jurors her life is forever changed by being grabbed off the street and raped in the back of a Suburban.
The defendant's mother testified she noticed changes in her son after he started using marijuana and synthetic marijuana.
Musich faces up to 99 years in prison for kidnapping and raping the 11-year-old girl. He plead guilty just as testimony was set to get underway this week.
Two other defendants will be be tried at a later date.
