LUBBOCK - Promoters of a traveling exhibit of artifacts and memorabilia belonging to Pope John Paul II will reveal more details of the tour beginning next year in Lubbock.
The exhibit called "I Have Come to You Again" opens in Lubbock on March 15. The Lubbock-based nonprofit National Exhibits Association will provide more details Thursday on other stops of the exhibit tour and the items to be displayed.
The organization managing the U.S. stops says the exhibit will have items from throughout the popular pope's life, from his childhood in Poland through his death in 2005.
It's to have about 130 items, including historic documents, personal belongings, artwork John Paul collected, gifts and art objects given to him.
