LIVE OAK COUNTY - The man wanted for murder at a Three Rivers hotel is back to face charges. Traffic tickets in Houston held up the extradition of Nicholas Jenkins from Harris County.
He's accused of stabbing coworker Rafael Garcia in the neck during a fight outside the Best Western in Three Rivers.
The search for Jenkins headed to Houston where police found the burned remains of a van stolen from another coworker.
He checked himself into a hospital there for hallucinations. When police contacted his family, they turned him in.
