CORPUS CHRISTI - A man is now formally charged for a hit and run that left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
Jose Luis Antunez is facing a charge of assault with a deadly weapon. Police say he was in his Jeep when he struck the biker at Staples and Texan Trail last November.
Officers were able to find part of a serial number on a piece of debris from the Jeep which led them to the owner two days later.
Antunez is out on bond.
