AUSTIN - The Texas Department of Public Safety is now offering an increased reward, up to $17,500, for information leading to the arrest of a Texas Syndicate gang member wanted for murder, aggravated assault and drug trafficking.
Ernesto Alonso Garcia, 30, is a Mexican citizen legally residing in the United States. His last known address was in Edinburg, Texas.
Authorities say he stabbed two men in 2011, resulting in one man's death.
Garcia is 5'10" tall, weighing 155 pounds with 'Garcia' tattooed on his back. He's known to have more than 90 aliases, but primarily goes by the nicknames "Rooster" and "Gallito."
