Immigrant Reports Husband's Death in Brooks County

Immigrant's Body Found in Brooks County - KZTV

FALFURRIAS - The Brooks County Sherriff's office says an illegal immigrant was found dead on a private ranch near Falfurrias. Apparently, a woman called authorities saying she was an illegal immigrant and that her husband had died and she was lost in the brush.

After several hours of searching, the woman was located along with her deceased husband. Authorities say there were no signs of foul play. The woman was turned over to Border Patrol.
