HS Football Preview: Sinton Pirates

SINTON - 2012 is just like any other year for the Sinton football team, they return plenty of talent and have another target on their backs.

"We are just gonna go game by game and play hard and work hard every week," said Tyler Handson.

All in all Head Coach Tom Allen returns 14-starters, including his Quarterback, standout play makers, and the bulk of his offensive line.

"I feel more comfortable in the backfield knowing my line will help me and block for me better," added Handson.

Keith Garcia, a two-way standout is back along with Derek Shedd and as mentioned sophomore standout signal caller Tyler Handson.

"Also our defense is loaded, we are fast and like to hit," said Garcia.

Last season Sinton finished 9-2, bowing out in the Bi-District Round.
