HS Football Preview: Orange Grove Bulldogs

Orange Grove - The Bulldogs return 16-starters from last year's Area Finalist team, who won a district title. This will be year number two under Head Coach Jerry Bomar, who has his team believing they can win.
"We're a playoff team we just gotta set our goals every day and accomplish them," said Receiver Rayce Gatlin.
Gatlin returns to headline an experienced offense which should have little trouble finding the endzone.
"Our expectation is we are gonna work hard and we are gonna win and go to the playoffs like last year," said Lineman Dillon Garcia.
Their district though will be a challenge with Sinton, Ingleside and Rockport all in the mix.
"It's a battle every week, it's just like playoffs. We got seven playoff teams, it's the exact same thing so whoever wants it the most is going to get in. If we just stay on it and everyone plays to their potential and we watch film by ourselves and learn everyday watch our steps and everything we could be really good," said Gatlin.
"We got seven playoff teams this season and its gonna be tough but we are tough too and we are ready to battle," said Linebacker Julian Salas.
