With the exception of Monday afternoons stray showers it will be hot and dry. Tropical moisture eases back into the area next week with isolated showers Tuesday thru Friday. The tropics are quiet with the exception of a system off the coast of Africa in the far eastern Atlantic which is no threat.
Saturday and Sunday with be desert dry and blazing hot with a high Saturday of 99 and 98 Sunday and fairly light winds with the exception of the late afternoon sea breeze which will drive the heat index to 105.
Saturday night will be quiet warm and sticky with a low of 76.
Labor Day expect a stray shower otherwise very hot and humid with a high of 96.
Have a wonderful holiday weekend.
