CORPUS CHRISTI- We continue to slowly dry out and heat up across South Texas as Thursday was the hottest day we have had in several weeks. The dry high is back for now and that means no significant rain (unfortunately) through Sunday and only a little bit of rain Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.
Tonight will be mainly clear and tranquil after midnight with comfortable temperatures and a low of 73.
Tomorrow and Saturday we will have lots of sunshine not much wind dry and scorching hot with a high tomorrow of 100 and 99 on Saturday. The heat index will top out at 105.
Expect more of the same on Sunday with sunshine and a high of 98.
There are still no significant disturbances to talk about in the tropics.
