Heather Daniel Accused of Drive Thru Robbery in Alice

ALICE - Heather Daniel, 42 is now in custody in Alice for allegedly robbing the LC Drive Thru at gunpoint earlier this week. Employees at the store say a woman in Volkswagen, without license plates, was carrying a rifle when she demanded cash in the drive thru lane.
The woman reportedly told employees she needed $100 to feed her kids. She was given $90 from the register and $10 from an employee. No one was harmed in the robbery.
Based on an anonymous tips, police arrested Daniel at a home in the county.
Daniel is charged with aggravated robbery.
