NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (AP) - An unidentified gunman opened fire in a North Texas Chinese food restaurant, killing one person and wounding another.
The incident happened about 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Hunan Wok restaurant in the Fort Worth suburb of North Richland Hills.
Police Investigator Keith Bauman says the shooting did not appear to be a random act of violence but offered no motive for the deed. He said the wounded man was hospitalized in stable condition.
Bauman offered no details on the gunman, the identities of the victims or other details of the shooting, citing the need to maintain the integrity of the investigation. However, he said investigators were pursuing leads.
