Group Gives Away 1,000 Tree Seedlings

CORPUS CHRISTI - The group "12,000 Trees for 2012" gave away free seedlings at today's glass recycling event. They did this at three other locations around the city. The giveaway is part of the group's efforts to plant more trees in the Coastal Bend. They passed out 1000 drought resistant tree seedlings such as Desert Willows and Italian Stone Pines.
