'Groundswell' at Texas Surf Museum

"Groundswell: Aesthetic Visions of Texas Surfing" is the first art exhibit presented by the Texas Surf Museum, and is sure to entice surfers and non-surfers alike.

Eighteen artists -- most of whom have spent years surfing the Gulf Coast -- exhibit more than forty pieces of art. The display includes sculpted surfboards, bronze sculptures, paintings, photography and more.

"Groundswell" is open to the public and will run through May 2014.

The Texas Surf Museum is located at 309A N. Water Street. More information may be found on their website, www.texassurfmuseum.com.
