ROBSTOWN - Funeral arrangements have already been set for the mother and two children killed in last night's house fire on Petronila Road in Robstown.
Services for Dalia Ortiz Guerrero, Victor Guerrero and Isaac Guerrero will take place at Ramon Funeral Home, 800 Lincoln Avenue, Robstown, Texas.
Visitation is Thursday from 3-9 pm. A rosary will be held the same day starting at 7 p.m. Funeral mass is Friday at 10 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Robstown with burial to follow at Robstown Memorial Park.
Fire crews believe a lit candle in the living room may be to blame for the deadly fire, but a full investigation still needs to take place. Only a nephew escaped the home.
Family and neighbors tell us the power went out in the area around 9:30 p.m. and the mother lit candles for lighting. All three victims were found in their bedrooms. The Guerrero family did not have insurance on the home, so their extended family has set up a fund at Navy Army to help with burial expenses.
They're also asking for donations for Arvizu, the nephew who survived the fire lost everything.
