CORPUS CHRISTI - The former owners of the Two George's Restaurant are in the custody of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.
Michelle Chapman Ovecka and her husband, Jim Ovecka, are accused of defrauding customers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The pair skipped town back in September of 2011 after police say they billed 31 customer's credit cards for a total of nearly $200,000.
They were later found by U.S. Marshals living in Tucson, Arizona, but were released on bond a couple weeks later, even though they were considered fugitives in Nueces County.
The circumstances surrounding their arrest in San Antonio is unclear. However, we do know they are being held without bond and are expected to be picked up by Nueces County authorities.
