Former Border Agent Indicted for Murder

CORPUS CHRISTI - A former Border Patrol agent from Corpus Christi was indicted by a Medina County grand jury on a charge of murder.

In January, Adam Garibay lead authorities on a chase near San Antonio after a man was shot to death in his home. According to investigators, the victim was the lover of Garibay's wife.

Garibay is also accused of beating his wife at their home in Annaville before driving to Hondo to confront her lover. He remains in jail on a $3.1 million bond.
