FLOUR BLUFF - Corpus Christi Police were called out to Flour Bluff High School Friday morning, after receiving word that a student may have taken a gun to school.
However, it turned out to be a false alarm.
According to Lynn Kaylor with Flour Bluff ISD, it was actually an ROTC student carrying a drill rifle, which is not capable of firing.
Kaylor did say the student should not have had the rifle out and that the situation has been addressed.
