CORPUS CHRISTI- Flash Flooding Watch in effect for most of South Texas, from the Hill Country to the Coastal Bend. The remnants of Pacific Storm Manuel will be pushed south with a frontal system to produce heavy rain today and Saturday.
Storm totals will be in the 2 to 4 inch range. This will set the stage for widespread flooding of road ways and low laying areas. The heavy rain will begin to move south by late Saturday.
Buy Saturday night a north wind will start to dry us out. Look for clearing skies by Sunday with much nicer conditions. Lows will drop into the upper 60's and low 70's for the early part of next week.
