CORPUS CHRISTI- There is very little change to our very hot mainly dry breezy (in other words sweltering) forecast over the next several days. Upper level high pressure is firmly entrenched over the area and is not expected to move much thru the middle of next week. This is the same system that kept "Barry" well to our south and the system has now dissipated.
Summer officially began at 12:04 this morning and today will be the longest day of the year, but probably not the hottest.
Today and Saturday expect sunny skies only a lonely inland shower breezy and very hot with a high today of 96 (the record is 97) and 98 tomorrow.
Tonight will be mostly clear and nearly full moon with a low of 78.
Sunday will be breezy and blazing hot again with a high of 98 under sun drenched skies.
Stay cool and have a nice weekend.
