CORPUS CHRISTI - A fired municipal court employee thanked a jury repeatedly for finding her not guilty on a felony charge of tampering with evidence.
Frances Rios was fired, along with another employee, as the result of a police investigation of the municipal court back in 2011.
Prosecutors had claimed she changed court records concerning a ticket her niece had received to show she was not convicted of an offense.
