CORPUS CHRISTI - The Corpus Christi Firefighters Association has been ordered to take down its website.
As we've reported, the city requested a temporary restraining order to shut down the union's social media postings and billboards related to the "Become a Hero Campaign".
The city claims the campaign violated the ground rules of their contract negotiations.
Those talks were suspended back on May 21st because of the dispute over the union's campaign.
Today, a judge ruled that the billboards can stay, but the union's website is to be shut down until June 10th, when the negotiation period officially ends.
A city lawsuit against the union is still pending.
