Fire Tornado

CALIFORNIA - Nine wildfires continue burning in Southern California, forcing thousands to evacuate their homes.

This incredible picture shows a fire tornado in Bosnall, in San Diego county.

It's part of the highway fire, that so far has burned more than 600 acres.

Firefighters are working in temperatures approaching 100 degrees, trying to contain all the fires, which cover some 14 square miles.

Dozens of structures have been damaged or destroyed by the flames, including eight homes.

No major injuries have been reported.
