CORPUS CHRISTI - Fire investigators are trying to determine what started a house fire Monday night on the 2300 block of Sarita.
Someone called 911 around 7 pm to report flames coming from that home.
An intense fire was visible to fire crews when they arrived.
They were able to knock out the fire in a matter of minutes but then they heard a woman who lives there may have been inside.
A search was done and fortunately no one was found in the home.
The flames gutted a bedroom, restroom and hallway of the home.
It's not know how the fire started but fire investigators say it began in the bedroom.
