DALLAS - Fire crews in Garland, Texas are staying back from a large fire at a chemical refiner this afternoon. The flames are dangerously close to chemical storage tanks, but there's no clear indication of what substance is inside those tanks.
Officials say they are working on evacuating people from businesses in the largely industrial area due to the threat of more explosions at the facility.
At this time, it is believed something went wrong while employees were offloading a rail car at the facility.
No injuries have been reported.
