Fatal Stabbing In Taft

TAFT - San Patricio County Sheriff's investigators are trying to figure out who fatally stabbed a man near Taft. It happened on the 300 block of East Elm Street early this morning. Sheriff Leroy Moody says a man held a party at his house.

Moody says a fight between the victim and a couple other guys started when one of the men pulled out a butcher knife and stabbed the victim several times in the chest.

Since so many people were involved in this fight investigators are talking to witnesses to try and figure out who's responsible for the stabbing. The victim's name hasn't been released.
