Fatal Accident Near Freer

FREER -- Rollover accident near Freer early this morning left one man dead and a woman with serious injuries.
It happened on US 59 at mile marker 758.
Troopers say 67 year old Juan Pasillas -- from Alvin, Texas -- lost control of his jeep.
It flipped several times landing on a barbed wire fence.
He died at the scene of the accident.
His passenger -- 62 year old Consuelo Pacheco Depasillas -- also from Alvin -- received non life-threatening injuries.
Both people were wearing their seat belts.
