CORPUS CHRISTI- The Corpus Christi family left without a place to live after a car slammed into their house over the weekend is now staying at a hotel.
A man went into diabetic shock, lost control fo his s-u-v and slammed into this house on Lum Street Sunday morning.
The elderly woman lived in the house with her daughter and two grandchildren.
Luckily, they weren't home when it all happened.
The family plans to stay at a hotel for at least a couple months.
They've set up a benefit account.
