Family: CCAD Contractor Fell Through Roof

CCAD Worker Killed in Fall

CORPUS CHRISTI - Officials continue to investigate the death of a contractor working out at CCAD Saturday. The family of Augustine Peralez has positively identified him. They tell us he died while doing work on a roof at CCAD.

Family members say the roof caved in on him and that now Occupational Safety and Health Administration or OSHA is investigating..

He was a maintenance supervisor for a CCAD contractor for more than 10 years. The 59-year-old has four children and two grandchildren.
