Erebia Accused of Drive-by Shooting Near School

CORPUS CHRISTI - Jose Erebia, 18, is being held in the Nueces County jail on charges he opened fire on a group of people outside Gloria Hicks Elementary last Saturday.

The victims, ages 15, 17, and 27, were shot in the legs and hands during the drive-by shooting near the basketball court around 7 p.m.

Members of the Corpus Christi Police Department's Gang Unit tracked down Erebia to an address in the 4500 block of Moravian yesterday afternoon.
