KINGSVILLE - Time has run out to take care of outstanding warrants with the municipal court in Kingsville. Officers are out today visiting homes, businesses and neighboring cities looking for people who owe more than two million dollars in fines and fees to the city.
Offenders were given a grace period, including extended municipal court hours, to clear up any problems. Authorities are calling this 'enforcement week.' However, there will be other days throughout the year that officers will spend exclusively searching for people with outstanding warrants.
