Endangered Amur Leopard Cubs Born

JAPAN - A pair of critically endangered Amur leopard cubs have made their debut at a Zoo in western Japan.

The twin cubs were born three months ago at the Fukuyama City Zoo in Hiroshima Prefecture.

The cats are now about 28 inches long and weigh about nine pounds.

Amur leopards once ranged over northeast Asia but their territory has been reduced by habitat loss and poaching.

The zoo hasn't named the twins yet and is accepting suggestions until July tenth.
