CORPUS CHRISTI -- Four of the seven drug trafficking suspects that were arrested on Tuesday plead not guilty in federal court this morning.

They are all accused of being involved in a cocaine and meth distribution ring over the past four years. Two of those suspects Rocky Bazaldua and Joe Fidel Guajardo were denied bond and will remain in jail

Prosecutors say they are a threat to the community and added that Guajardo had a hunting rifle in his home at the time of his arrest.

As for Juliann Gutierruz, 24, her bond was set at $50,000. David Dominguez had his bond hearing moved to Monday at the request of his attorney.

Agents raided a home on Aaron Drive off Saratoga. One of several properties belonging to Joe Guajardo who is facing three separate counts including drug trafficking and money laundering charges.

Prosecutors are in the process of seizing his properties, they believe based on Guajardos failure to verify information about them, that they may have been part of the drug trafficking conspiracy.
