Driver Runs His Truck Into Water

CORPUS CHRISTI -- A man drove his truck right into the Bay across from the USS Lexington this morning.

A witness captured video on his cell phone showing the Avalanche just floating in the water.

Police say the driver got confused and put the truck into reverse instead of drive and ended up going right into the Bay.

He got out OK and wasn't hurt.

A dive team pulled the truck from the water.

Police won't give the driver a ticket but he'll likely have to pay for the cost of getting his truck from the impound lot.
