ROBSTOWN - Halo Flight was called out to pick up a Robstown man ejected through the sunroof of his Nissan Frontier when he was broadsided by another driver who ran a stop sign.
Police say the driver of a sport utility vehicle just ignored the stop sign and slammed into the truck at FM 1694 and County Road 44.
The truck flipped several times before coming to a stop 200 feet away from the intersection. The driver was found 25 feet away from the truck.
His exact injuries are not known at this time. A state troopers says it appears he was not wearing a seat belt.
The other driver, also from Robstown, will be ticketed for causing the crash.
