CORPUS CHRISTI - A woman went to the hospital tonight after she was thrown from her car during a traffic accident.
Police say she was driving the silver car on Leopard when a red car going the opposite direction tried turning onto Callicoate Road. Both vehicles collided.
The woman who was ejected was ticketed for not wearing a seat belt. Her injuries were not life threatening. The other driver wasn't hurt, but was ticketed for driving with a suspended license.
