CORPUS CHRISTI - A jogger was taken to the hospital after she was hit by an SUV Wednesday morning.
It happened at Alameda and Stirman around 7:30am. Police say the driver was turning on to Alameda when she hit the jogger.
The driver says she just didn't see the woman. The jogger had minor injuries, but was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way.
