CORPUS CHRISTI - The district 31-4A swim meet is in the books. There were a number of impressive performances at the Natatorium, including Flour Bluff's Kristina Prewit and Calallen's Jack McLaughlin, who were the female and male top swimmers of the meet respectively. Ray's Zoe Alaniz was the top female diver, and Tristan Perry from Flour Bluff was the top male.
Flour Bluff swept the team titles, winning both the boys and girls by a wide margin. Coach of the year honors were also handed out at the meet:
Female Swim Coach of the Year - Nan Jackson, GP High School
Male Swim Coach of the Year - Peter Fecht, Flour Bluff High School
Female and Male Diving Coach of the Year - Trey Collins, CCISD
