CORPUS CHRISTI - His trial doesn't begin until later this month but Eric Dimick has already been handed one courtroom defeat.
A judge today denied a motion by his attorney to change the wording of the indictment against Dimick.
He's the last of three young men to stand trial for the kidnapping and rape of an 11 year old girl.
Dimick's attorney claimed the indictment was worded in a way that would sway the jury against Dimick even before the trial began.
The judge rejected that argument. The trial begins on June 16th.
